By using this Website (kamilaataman.com) and/or booking services or purchasing products from Kamila Ataman, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

This Website offers spiritual, energetic, and intuitive services as well as physical and digital products. All services and products are intended for personal insight, spiritual development, and ritual practice. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Services

  • Services include Akashic Record readings, cord cutting, aura clearing, energy healing, and Reiki teaching.
  • Sessions may be delivered via Zoom, email, phone, or in person.
  • Kamila Ataman reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time.

3. Products

Physical Products

Physical products available for purchase include ritual oil blends and any other items listed in the Shop. All products are designed in Australia and handcrafted in small batches in Bali, Indonesia.

Product descriptions and images on the Website are provided as accurately as possible. Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in colour, scent, or appearance may occur between batches.

Digital Products

Certain physical products include accompanying digital content such as guided meditations and written ritual guides. These are delivered electronically following your purchase.

Product Disclaimer

Ritual oils and related products are crafted for use in personal spiritual practice. They are not therapeutic goods and no therapeutic claims are made. These products are for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

If you have sensitive skin or known allergies to any listed ingredients, perform a patch test before use. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before use.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable.

5. Shipping (Physical Products)

All physical product orders are packed and shipped from Sydney, Australia.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as shipping is handled by third-party courier services.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier, except where Australian Consumer Law provides otherwise.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Guarantees

Services

All service bookings are final. Refunds will only be considered if a session cannot be delivered due to a technical or scheduling issue on my side.

No refunds are given for dissatisfaction with session outcomes, missed appointments, or failure to follow preparation instructions.

Physical Products

Due to the nature of the products (handmade, topical oils), I am unable to accept returns on opened items.

If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will arrange a replacement or refund.

Digital Products

Digital content (guided meditations, written ritual guides) is non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a product has a minor failure, I am entitled to choose to repair, replace, or refund the product.

7. Rescheduling Policy (Services)

Cancellations are not permitted for any service.

You may request to reschedule your session with a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your appointment.

Missed appointments or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice are considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

8. Disclaimer

All services and products are intended for personal insight, energetic support, spiritual development, and ritual practice. They do not replace care or advice from licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial professionals.

If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, please seek appropriate professional support.

No guarantee is made regarding specific outcomes from any service or product.

9. Intellectual Property

All written content, session materials, guided meditations, ritual guides, website content, branding, and imagery are the intellectual property of Kamila Ataman.

You may not copy, share, redistribute, resell, or republish any content — including digital products received with your purchase — without written permission.

Digital content included with product purchases is licensed for your personal use only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kamila Ataman is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services, products, or the Website.

This clause does not limit or exclude liability for any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

I may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
